ST-ART, the first Israeli artist incubator project, founded by Serge Tiroche in 2008, supports a select group of young artists via its two projects ST-ART Studios and ST-ART-UP. 

ST-ART STUDIOS - 2 artists are chosen each year for a special studio program. Previous artists have included Kobi Assaf, Tsuki Garbian, Know Hope, Elad Kopler, Tamir Lichtenberg, Liad Nuri, Tamar Roded, Rona Stern and Alexandra Zuckerman. ST-ART UP – In this exciting new initiative, one ambitious art project a year is chosen. ST-ART develops a business plan in conjunction with the artist and finances the end to end production. It promotes the project to galleries, collectors, curators and museums in order to firmly establish the artist in the Israeli art discourse, and at a later stage makes introductions to appropriate international galleries.
